3. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Cantabile reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Cantabile reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Cantabile is not liable for transit delays, losses, or damages. Customers are encouraged to purchase optional third-party shipping insurance at checkout.

6. Refunds & Replacements Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy. Refunds or replacements are only available in specific circumstances and require an uncut unboxing video as proof.

7. Warranty Every Cantabile instrument is covered by a 6-month accidental damage warranty from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Warranty Policy. Transit damage, misuse, and fraudulent claims are explicitly excluded and will void the warranty.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including product names, descriptions, images, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of Cantabile. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cantabile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
