Refund policy
At Cantabile, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every instrument we create. Due to the handcrafted and premium nature of our products, we have a limited refund and replacement policy.
Eligibility Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases where the customer receives a product that is materially different from what was shown and described on our website at the time of purchase.
Unboxing Video Requirement To be eligible for a refund or replacement claim, customers must provide a clear, continuous, and uncut unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first handled. The video must show the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the product in its received condition. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be processed under any circumstances.
Transit Damage Cantabile does not cover any damage incurred during transit, including but not limited to shipping to the customer. We strongly recommend purchasing third-party shipping insurance at checkout. An optional insurance add-on is available at checkout at a premium of approximately 1–2% of the product value. In the event of transit damage, customers may file a claim directly with the insurance provider.
Fraud & Misrepresentation Any act of fraud, including but not limited to swapping the received item to falsely claim a wrong product was delivered, will result in immediate rejection of the refund or replacement request and permanent voiding of the product warranty. Cantabile reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in such cases.
